Identifying Measures of Effective Risk Management for Public–Private Partnership Infrastructure Projects in Developing Countries

The inadequate risk management of public–private partnership (PPP) projects is a principal cause project distress or failure. This research seeks to identify and empirically validate measures effective (ERM) in the context PPPs developing country, subject that has received scant attention extant literature. based on comprehensive literature review, expert interviews questionnaire survey. Mean score ranking factor analysis were employed rank group identified measures, respectively. Tests performed determine respondents’ agreement establish reliability validity survey instrument.
